Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the BailSafePro platform operated by BAILSAFEPRO, LLC, 705 Pondella Road, Unit E, North Fort Myers, FL 33903. BailSafePro is software only: it does not post bail bonds, provide legal advice, or process payments. Billing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Accounts and acceptable use

Access is limited to licensed bail bond agencies, their authorized staff, and the defendants and indemnitors those agencies invite. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the records they enter and for keeping credentials secure.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Messaging on BailSafePro is transactional and service-related only. There is no marketing, advertising, promotional content, purchased or rented lists, cold outreach, lead generation, or resale of contact data. Consented message types are:

Consent requirements. A message is sent only after affirmative, number-specific consent: the defendant checks an unchecked consent box in their secure portal, the agency attests that the recipient requested a bail application link, or the recipient first texts the agency’s published keyword. Consent is optional, is never a condition of any bail service, and is tied to the exact mobile number given.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages; reply START to resubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact support@bailsafepro.com / (239) 478-3707. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Fees, term and termination

Subscription fees, taxes and refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Either party may terminate as described in the cancellation policy; access ends at termination and exports remain available for the stated recovery window.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. BailSafePro is not a surety, insurer, MGA, lender, or law firm. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
