Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how BailSafePro subscriptions operated by BAILSAFEPRO, LLC, 705 Pondella Road, Unit E, North Fort Myers, FL 33903, begin, renew, and end.

Introductory period, renewal and pricing

Every plan starts with a paid introductory period of $1.00 USD covering the first 30 days. A payment method is required at signup. Unless cancelled during that period, the subscription automatically renews at $149.00 USD per month — monthly is the only plan offered — and continues to renew automatically each month until cancelled. This is not a free trial, an authorization hold, or a card test.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time — during the introductory period or afterwards — online from the Subscription page of your BailSafePro account, from the billing portal linked on your invoice and receipt emails, or by emailing info@bailsafepro.com or calling (239) 478-3707. No phone call is required to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

After cancellation

Your records remain available for export for the recovery window stated in our Terms before deletion. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy; refunds, where eligible, are issued by BAILSAFEPRO, LLC as seller of record.
