What is charged by BAILSAFEPRO, LLC

BAILSAFEPRO, LLC charges for one thing only: the BailSafePro software subscription. Every plan starts with a paid introductory period of $1.00 USD covering the first 30 days. A payment method is required at signup. Unless cancelled during that period, the subscription automatically renews at $149.00 USD per month — monthly is the only plan offered — and continues to renew automatically each month until cancelled. This is not a free trial, an authorization hold, or a card test.

What is never processed through BailSafePro

Bail premiums, collateral, defendant payments, indemnitor payments, carrier remittances, agent commissions, or any other third-party funds.
Agencies collect all bail-related funds outside BailSafePro using their own approved methods and their own banking relationships.
In-app Payments, Premium, Collateral, Receipts, Balances and Accounting screens are recordkeeping ledgers only, maintained to satisfy Florida bail bond receipt and audit requirements. Recording a payment in BailSafePro never moves money.

Classification

BailSafePro is not a payment processor, payment facilitator, payment service provider, money services business, money transmitter under 31 C.F.R. § 1010.100(ff) or any state equivalent, digital marketplace, escrow agent, lender, insurer, surety, MGA of record, or licensed bail bond agency. BailSafePro is not a Merchant of Record for any party.

No card data enters BailSafePro. Payment card details for the software subscription are entered directly on a hosted checkout operated by a PCI-DSS validated payment processor; our systems never receive, transmit, or store raw payment card data.
