Refund Policy

BAILSAFEPRO, LLC, 705 Pondella Road, Unit E, North Fort Myers, FL 33903, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on BailSafePro software subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial order date.

Introductory period and renewal

Every plan starts with a paid introductory period of $1.00 USD covering the first 30 days. A payment method is required at signup. Unless cancelled during that period, the subscription automatically renews at $149.00 USD per month — monthly is the only plan offered — and continues to renew automatically each month until cancelled. This is not a free trial, an authorization hold, or a card test. The $1.00 introductory charge is itself refundable within the 30-day window described above.

How to request a refund

BAILSAFEPRO, LLC is the seller of record for all BailSafePro subscription orders and handles billing questions, returns and refunds directly. Request a refund from the Subscription page inside your account or by emailing info@bailsafepro.com.

This guarantee is in addition to, and never in place of, any mandatory statutory right you hold. Where a statutory right provides more than this guarantee, that greater right prevails.

SMS overage usage

Messages sent above your plan’s included monthly quota are billed at $0.05 per message. Because each overage message is a discrete service already delivered, consumed overage falls outside the 30-day guarantee; if you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@bailsafepro.com and we will review it in good faith.
