BAILSAFEPRO, LLC (“BailSafePro”) operates the BailSafePro bail-management software platform at https://bailsafepro.com. BailSafePro is software only: it does not post bail bonds, provide legal advice, or process payments.

Information we collect

Account and contact information supplied by licensed bail agencies and their staff, case records those agencies enter, and — where a person has consented — the mobile telephone number used for transactional service messages.

SMS / text messaging

BailSafePro and the participating licensed bail agency use a mobile number only for transactional service communications relating to that person’s own bail matter, including, where consented:

• check-in reminders
• missed check-in notices
• court date reminders
• secure portal-message alerts
• requested secure bail application links

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the communications provider strictly for the purpose of transmitting the message the recipient consented to receive.

Consent is optional, is never a condition of any bail service, is recorded against the exact mobile number provided, and is revoked immediately when the recipient replies STOP. Public consent evidence: https://bailsafepro.com/compliance/sms-consent.

How we use information

To provide the platform to the agency that entered the data, to deliver consented transactional messages, to meet Florida statutory and surety recordkeeping obligations, and to secure the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Retention, security and your choices

Records are retained for the period required by the agency’s regulatory obligations and are protected with encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and role-based access control. To access, correct, or delete information, or to withdraw messaging consent, contact support@bailsafepro.com or reply STOP to any message.
